Team Development work-learning offsites
(one to two-day duration)
The ability to develop and lead effective teams is a core competence
for today's leaders. We offer workshops for intact teams which ensure
the level of depth and honesty required to break through to the
real issues, while at the same time providing the structure and
safety to enable action and productive mutual commitments among
members. All of our team workshops combine process design and facilitation
with business specific content so that learning is in the context
of real, continuing issues. In addition to building capacity for
improved productivity, clients leave these meetings feeling that
