Executive Leadership Program
This program is designed to support those who are ready to immerse
themselves in a concentrated period of developing their unique leadership
style. Participants need to have reached a point where they are
demanding of themselves that they master a new level in the art
of leadership. This is done through meticulous examination of the
ways the client responds to her/his current environment, and learning
to respond in increasingly effective ways.
Targeted outcomes typically include: enhanced leadership presence
and authenticity, accessing personal power for maximum impact, integration/life
balance, and deepened career satisfaction. The program lasts 6-12
months.
