Creating a culture of Ownership
Organizational culture can be guided, intentionally, through specific mechanisms and follow through. Leaders are most effective at accelerating change when they operate at a level deeper than surface behaviors - intentionally fostering the mindsets to drive behaviors required for creating targeted outcomes. This process starts with a diagnosis of currently held mindsets in the organization, and a commitment by top leaders to the new required mindsets. In a series of offsites, those commitments are reinforced, and leaders throughout the organization come to understand and take intense personal ownership for their critical role in fostering the required mindset among employees. The process employs rigorous controls for implementation over a six, twelve, and eighteen month period.
| "There is no process more
central to galvanizing our service centers' ability to deliver
great customer service than the Customer Service Initiative
that LeadershipDNA designed and continues to deliver in our
branches across the U.S. In my mind, it has been the perfect
way to blend planning with front-line customer focus. LDNA's
process puts the KING at the center, and gives the power to
each employee to serve the KING." |
