Pam coaches executives from the Director through CXO levels in
software, advertising, financial services, and healthcare. Since
beginning her career with Bain & Company, Pam has partnered
with executives at Fortune 50 companies, mid-size firms, and start-ups
from technology to consumer products.
Consulting Experience:
As a management consultant, Pam has guided executives through major
strategic and organizational change. Projects include designing
custom 360s to help senior executives understand and adjust their
impact; re-organizing sales and marketing into cross-functional
account teams to enable price increases while retaining key accounts;
helping senior leadership teams work through conflict to lead their
organizations more cohesively; and coordinating executive development
to enable top talent to achieve even more. Clients have included
United HealthGroup, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of CA, Anthem
Blue Cross Blue Shield, DHL, Kellogg's, Varian, E.piphany, Accenture,
and a variety of startups in business services and customer relationship
management.
