What is holding you back from accomplishing your goals?

When I feel something is holding me back, I answer three questions. This is usually enough to help me find the next step to take toward my goals.

  • What beliefs do I have about myself in this situation?
  • What beliefs do I have about what is possible in this situation?
  • How are these beliefs limiting my choices for action?
