Drew Dougherty, Lead Instructor
Prior to founding LeadershipDNA
in 1998, Drew worked as a consultant for Leadership Research Institute, specializing in executive coaching and developing
measurements = and systems for leader and culture development.
Prior to 1997, he practiced leadership in an operational role
as head of worldwide marketing for Medtronic Interventional
Vascular, a troubled Medtronic-acquisition company which grew
from $40 million to $160 million in revenue during his 3.5
year tenure.
His education includes an MBA from Stanford University, a
MA in Leadership and Public Policy from Claremont College,
and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Some of the major clients of Leadership DNA, include Glaxo
Wellcome, U.K., Coopers Deloitte, Pfizer, IntraViotics Pharmaceuticals,
McKinsey and Company, and Alza Pharmaceuticals/Johnson &
Johnson.
